Amplify Digital Media LLC (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) provides video production and digital marketing services for businesses, and uses tools including artificial intelligence platforms (such as Kling and Claude) and GoHighLevel (“GHL”) to deliver and manage those services. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, share, and protect information when you visit amplifydigitalus.com (the “Site”), engage with us as a client or prospective client, or communicate with us by phone, text message (SMS), or email. By using our Site or services, or by providing your contact information to us, you agree to the terms of this Privacy Policy.

AI Tools. We use AI-assisted tools, including Kling (video generation) and Claude (content and communication drafting), to support the production of marketing videos and related materials. Information provided to these tools is limited to what is reasonably necessary to complete the requested task and is not used by us to train third-party AI models beyond the scope permitted by each provider’s own terms.
